Hello, everyone and welcome to the annual Historical Romance Cookie Hop! Today, you can enjoy a simple, delicious treat that was gobbled up this previous Thanksgiving by my family. Here are the ingredients for Corn Flake Cookies! :

1 c. sugar

1 c. light Karo syrup

1 c. creamy peanut butter

6-8 c. Corn Flakes cereal (depends on how gooey you want them!)

Put sugar and Karo syrup in pan on stove. Mix together well. Cook until boiling, about let boil about one minute. Take off the stove and pour in the peanut butter. Mix together and then pour mixture over corn flakes. Some people prefer to press them into a 9x13 pan (like me!) and cut into bars, but you can also drop them as cookies on a wax sheet to cool. And that is it! Super easy and oh, so yummy!

When it comes to the Christmas season, who of you are like me and prefer a white Christmas and then like that fluffy stuff to be gone? In Missouri, it snowed the Saturday after Thanksgiving at the end of November and there is still remnants on the ground!

Tell me what you prefer in the comments below and when the Hop is over, I'll choose one random winner for a $10 Amazon gift card! Don't forget to check out all the other goodies and prizes you can win today! https://www.facebook.com/events/840360825024065/

Wishing you ALL the best this season has to offer. Happy Holidays!! xo
